For more than 20 years, Laurinda Rainey has transformed teams, projects and organizations with her strategic approach, innovative problem-solving and extensive marketing and CRM experience. Driven by her curiosity of consumer psychology, Laurinda surgically studies market trends and pairs learnings with analytics to enhance products, processes and marketing campaigns that drive growth and deepen customer loyalty.

At JPMorgan Chase, Laurinda is a Managing Director and General Manager of the United Airlines CoBrand Portfolio. Prior to this, Laurinda led the Travel and Affinity Card portfolios including global brands like Intercontinental Hotel Group and British Airways. Before travel marketing, Laurinda held leadership roles at Walmart and American Express.

Laurinda holds multiple degrees from Duke University’s undergrad and business schools: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Certificate of Markets & Management Studies and an MBA with a Product Management concentration. As a passionate mentor in and out of the office, she supports growth for individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses. Her passion for business, education, and community service was nurtured by her deceased parents throughout their 50-year marriage. Their values and impact on society inspired her family to start the Rainey Parenting Foundation in their honor to support the local rural area in Arkansas where they raised their 15 children.
